Three pet couches have just arrived from Trixie and they look like something straight out of the DFS showroom! Just like real sofas, these three doggie sofas utilize wooden frames, high quality imitation leather, foam padded cushions, suede look covers, back and arm rests and plastic feet to create a realistic quality look! There are three kinds of sofa available, Dog Couch ‘Percy’ (75 x 40 x 58cm), Dog Couch ‘Paris’ (85 x 50 x 58cm) and Couch ‘Charmel’ (65 x 35 x 30cm). Dog Couch ‘Percy’ is coffee and cream, the back and armrests are made from imitation leather and the bottom of easy-care nylon. The seat is foam rubber padded with a soft suede look cover. Dog Couch ‘Percy’ has plastic feet.

Dog Couch ‘Paris’ is also coffee and cream, with feet and an easy care nylon base. The bed also includes imitation leather. This is a more elaborate couch with base and back cushions with soft suede look covers. This couch looks particularly soft, padded and comfortable.

Couch ‘Charmel’ mimics a human sofa really well, with its sweeping stylish armrests. This bed has a wooden base. The sofa is predominantly suede look and is fitted with a cover. The base is rubber padding and the bottom of the bed easy-care nylon. Couch ‘Charmel’ has a main cushion with a removable cover that is washable by hand up to 30 ˚C.

These new lines fit with the current growing trend in products that ‘humanise’ pets. Couch ‘Charmel’ has a suggested retail price of just £52.40, Dog Couch ‘Percy’ is £135 and Dog Couch ‘Paris’ works out to be the most extravagant at £162. When the beds are sold, they are fully assembled and boxed either one or two in a box.
