The new hutch, called ‘Natura’ Rabbit Hutch 3 Storied, has overall measurements of 97 x 160 x 80cm. It joins a large range of hutches, runs and equipment for outdoor rabbits and guinea pigs from Trixie. The ‘Natura’ Rabbit Hutch 3 Storied has front opening on all levels for easy access to the pet and cleaning. Two cleverly designed removable plastic lined trays o make cleaning easy. This living environment style of hutch, on three levels, will help eliminate boredom and give pets valuable exercise as they move around the levels! The hutch is made from pinewood treated with a special coating to make it winter and weatherproof. The roof is felted and the timber is panelled and glazed to protect it from the weather. The galvanised wire used in the open areas is extra strong. The pitched roof area, which opens at the top, has been designed to store bedding and cleaning equipment. The roof space can also be packed with straw in winter to provide extra installation.
More than one pet could live happily in the ‘Natura’ Rabbit Hutch 3 Storied. The ramps that connect each level can be locked shut to isolate animals if need be for feeding or health reasons. The facility to lock the inner-connecting ramps closed, if you choose, is a valuable feature of this hutch.
