 New for summer 2009 are two new products from accessory supplier Trixie UK. The Tent for Dogs and accompanying Sleeping-Bag (in two sizes) are unique new lines. For the dog who has everything, or for the happy camper whose dog comes too, these new lines are novel, fun and practical! The Trixie Tent for Dogs measures 88 x 72 x 115cm and is a just like a small version of a modern tent. Made from extra water-repellent nylon in a grey colour, the tent has a waterproof base offering protection from ground moisture. The cute doggy tent has a door that fully zips up in the front and mesh side windows with blinds. The tent is quick to assemble and easy to wipe clean. As Tent for Dogs offers a portable hide away, it is useful for all kinds of travel excursions including camping, caravanning, B&B and even hotels. The dog tent packs neatly into a transport bag making it light and convenient for travel. Also available this holiday season is the Sleeping-Bag from Trixie, which can be used in conjunction with the Tent for Dogs, or independently as a stand alone bed. Two sizes of Sleeping-Bag are available, 50 x 70 cm (for small to medium dogs) and 60 x 90 cm (for medium to large dogs). The doggy sleeping bags are sold in one colour design incorporating blue, black and silver. The top section of the sleeping bag is removable fixing to the base by way of Velcro fastenings. The Trixie Sleeping-Bag, is lightweight for travel, machine washable at 30 °C and packs away into a handy transport bag. In the same way as the Tent for Dogs, the sleeping bag offers dog owners something new and fresh as well as practical. Trixie sell many travel products for dogs under the Dog on Tour brand name. Tent for Dogs has a suggested retail price of £25.00 and is sold in a canvass bag with handles. The Sleeping-Bag is sold in a canvass bag with a draw string and is recommended to sell at £16.96 from the smaller version and £20.64 for the large size.
