Northampton based Sky Pet Products is announcing the launch of a new comprehensive range of bird and small animal cages under the Rainforest Cages brand. The company, already an experienced importer and distributor in this specialist market, has used its extensive knowledge to manufacture the Rainforest Cages range.
Specialist pet and aquatic shop fitter, CASCO Europe, is now totally owned by its CEO Matthew Bubear following a recent acquisition of all issued share capital from the US shareholders. CEO Matthew Bubear is now in total control of the European operation. Bubear launched CASCO Europe in 1997 on the back of the US model and the businesses have worked closely since that time with some co-ownership and further acquisitions in Europe. The announcement regards Europe has quickly followed that of the sale of CASCO in the US to North American Pet Products (announced in January). Putting CASCO Europe solely in the hands of Matthew Bubear is a positive development as it will allow the European Division to progress freely with its individuality in providing innovation in design and an unrivaled standard of customer care.
