New Ring Catapult Toy From Trixie

A new and rather different outdoor dog toy, called ‘Dog Activity’ Ring Catapult is now available from accessory supplier Trixie. The product consists of a yellow natural rubber ring called a Ring Zinger and a cleverly designed tool for launching the ring long distances. The Ring Zinger makes a great retrieve toy, is easy to clean and safe for any size of dog. The outside diameter of the Ring Zinger is 17cm and the width of the ring about 3cm making it easy for a dog to pick up, carry and retrieve. This is a toy for use in large open spaces, where there is lots of room for exercise as the ring will travel a long way!

NEW Chuckit Fetch Balls

A new ball is available under the ‘Chuckit’ brand from US based company Canine Hardware. ‘Chuckit’ is the brand known for a range of top quality ball launchers, balls and other toys for active dogs. The new ball, Fetch Ball Medium 2-pack, is 2.5 inches in diameter and compatible with the company’s ball launchers. Fetch Ball Medium is a high bounce lightweight hollow rubber ball. The new ball is sold in packs of two and in three attractive colours.

Clare Whitby from Brentwood in Essex has achieved phenomenal success in the show ring with her 20-month Cream Long Haired Oriental cat known lovingly as Mango. Mango is the current TICA International Best of Breed Oriental Longhair in The World. When MPM Products heard of this amazing achievement the company was especially thrilled as Mango is fed on its new Applaws Dry cat food. Mango was introduced to the food in the initial product trials and has done so well that Clare has no intentions of changing his diet. Best in The World in his category, Mango has beaten cats from around The World for his coveted title – and you can’t get better than that!

First Book on Axolotls

Interpet Publishing has launched its first book about the axolotl called Keeping Axolotls, by Linda Adkins. An important launch as more and more people are keeping this little known and understood amphibian in the US and increasingly so in the UK too. The book gives readers an overview of a unique creature that stays in a larval stage for its whole life rather like an overgrown tadpole that forgets to become a frog. Keeping Axolotls is about a creature that lives in water, has lizard-like legs and feathery gills which surround the head. Axolotls are even able to re-grow body parts. People are often attracted to the weirdest of pets and the axolotl is definitely that!

Four NEW Trixie Motif Collar & Lead Sets
